Finance plays a central role in this evolution by enabling informed decision-making, supporting business performance and upholding high standards of financial stewardship.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial & Digital Officer and serving as a member of the Global Finance Leadership Team, the Group Corporate Finance Head will lead the transformation and future direction of BIC's global Corporate Finance organization.
This role brings together strategic leadership, operational excellence and deep financial expertise across Consolidation & Technical Accounting, Accounting Operations, Tax, Insurance and Treasury, while continuing to develop a scalable global organization capable of supporting BIC's next phase of growth.
The role will initially lead approximately 30-35 professionals at Group level and, over time, assume broader responsibility for a global organization of roughly 150 Finance professionals as Finance activities transition into a more centralized operating model.

What You'll Do
Drive Financial Governance & Reporting Excellence
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of BIC's consolidated financial statements and external reporting under IFRS as well as countries’ statutory reporting.
• Own and continuously evolve Group accounting policies, providing leadership on technical accounting matters, complex transactions and strategic projects.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality financial reporting and governance materials for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Group CFO on accounting, governance, treasury, tax and financial risk matters.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and foster trusted relationships with external auditors, regulators and key stakeholders.
Lead the Transformation of Corporate Finance
• Design and execute the future vision for BIC's global Corporate Finance organization.
• Drive harmonization, simplification and automation across Record-to-Report, consolidation, statutory reporting and related finance processes.
• Partner closely with Group Transformation and IT teams to support ERP deployment and broader Finance transformation initiatives.
• Help define and optimize interactions between Corporate Finance, regional organizations and Global Business Services.
• Establish scalable governance frameworks, operating models and ways of working across geographies.
Build a World-Class Global Organization
• Develop and lead a high-performing international leadership team across Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Insurance and Treasury.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and leadership capability building.
• Build OneBIC ways of working across regions and functions.
Partner Across the Business
• Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team in supporting business performance and decision making.
• Foster continued collaboration with Controlling, FP&A, Procurement, Legal, Internal Audit, HR and regional Finance teams.
• Enable a timely, reliable and fact-based view of business performance through strong Record-to-Report governance.
Oversee Treasury, Tax & Insurance
• Provide leadership and governance over Group Treasury activities, including liquidity management, funding strategy, financial risk management and banking relationships.
• Lead the Group Tax function, ensuring strong governance, compliance and alignment with business priorities.
• Ensure treasury, tax and insurance matters are appropriately anticipated, managed and escalated to executive leadership and governance bodies when required.
What We're Looking For
Experience
• Significant progressive leadership experience within Finance, including extensive exposure to accounting, consolidation and corporate finance in large multinational organizations.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, statutory accounting, external reporting and financial governance.
• Experience interacting with Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, executive leadership team, external auditors and AMF.
• Strong track record leading large-scale Finance transformation programs, including operating model redesign, process harmonization, ERP implementation and organizational change.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling international finance organizations and governance frameworks.
• Exposure to Tax leadership and governance within a multinational environment.
• Treasury experience is a plus; however, the ability to lead treasury specialists and govern the function effectively is more important than direct technical expertise.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) required.
• Fluent English and French required.
