The Opportunity:

 

As a sales leader, you will be responsible of successfully leading a team of 10 members. 

 

  • Lead, motivate and coach the sales team within Traditional Trade and Modern Mass Market

  • Successfully develop and implement the sales strategy on corporate and customer level

  • Further support in implementing new processes of change within GER & AT

  • Responsibility and management for top key accounts

  • Budget planning/ demand forecasting & reporting to EU level

  • Full responsibility for sales/ costs & profitability

  • Further develop business within existing and new distribution channels

  • Continue strengthening the relation and cooperation with Marketing colleagues within DACH to ensure OneBICDACH team spirit  

 

 

Skills you will bring to the team:

 

  • At least 5 years experience in a sales function with a minimum of 3 years in leading an interdisciplinary team

  • Excellent coaching skills and proven experience of building and developing a high performing team

  • Prior experience and distinct knowledge of primarily modern mass market and retail industry, traditional trade environment knowledge is highly preferable

  • Prior experience and deep know-how within the German/ Austrian retail landscape 

  • Clear strategic thinker with strong customer relationship management skills

  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a growth business

  • Customer insights and sales analytics experience

  • Strong influencing and communication skills

  • Fluent in German and English

Frequent travel expected in this role (15% of time)
