We are looking for a person who, together with the rest of the sales team, contributes to achieving both individual and collective goals. As Key Account Manager Nordics, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- You will be in charge of both existing main customers and new prospecting customers in Sweden and Nordic for Modern Mass Market.
- You will present and inform the sales force about the necessary actions that they will implement in store.
- One of your responsibilities is to identify customer needs and opportunities based on a clear analysis of the market & customer prepared by Trade Marketing and Category Management
- You negotiate with local buyers for product ranges (obtain new listings and develop existing product selections) within defined limits and in line with the European pricing & sales policy and establish commercial agreements
- You look at optimizing overall working relationships and developing internal contacts with other departments (e.g. Finance, marketing, warehouse, logistic)
- You will analyze every aspect of best and worst sellers and ensure that best sellers are used to their full potential; analyze previous season' sales and report on current product activities
- You will develop and manage, in collaboration with Marketing, tailor-made actions and promotions and set up a challenging promotional plan based on national marketing plans
- You are responsible for monitoring customer budgets by a specific sales tool
- You provide a forecast per customer, attend forecast meetings, and enter forecasts for promotions in a promotion tool
- You will manage customer assortment through Perfect store
- You will advise local buyers and buying groups about our assortments, market figures and trends, competitors, etc. and provide them with professional support on their category development
- You are responsible for gathering information related to the customer reaction and our competitors; relaying this information to your colleagues in other departments: being alert to changes in the local market and signals coming from end users, customers, buyers and competitor activities
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business or a related field
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Results-driven with a proactive approach
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Skilled in negotiation and influence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
