Overview


As a Brand Manager / Product Manager Lighters & Shavers you will be part of the Turkish Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Product Manager. Your main mission will be to support the development and implementation of the Turkish marketing strategy for the Lighters & Shavers categories, while also assisting with the Turkey Exports operations.


Main Responsibilities: 
• Support the planning and implementation of the lighters & shavers’ strategy, ATL & BTL activations as shaped in the EU strategy and local long-term vision
• Use ACNielsen data to monitor the brand performance, support during business reviews and marketing plans preparation and create ad hoc analysis to evaluate trends, opportunities or threats for the category
• Coordinate and develop POP, instore and digital materials and activations following the brand’s strategy and needs. Collaborate and support sales and e-commerce teams for ad hoc materials and requests.
• Prepare and coordinate new product launches, marketing initiatives and support sales in effectively presenting them to their customers.
• Cooperate closely with KAMs and e-commerce teams to gather information and prepare reports on competition intelligence, pricing, internal sales data, KAMs promo plan follow up.
• Key contributor in sales forecasting in co-operation with demand planners and sales teams being liable for accuracy of the lighters and shavers’ categories.
• Responsible for budget setting, control, and reporting while ensuring efficient spending across national/trade activities.
• Prepare and be responsible for training the teams on the brand initiatives, priorities and yearly goals based on marketing strategy.

 

Qualifications:
• University Degree on Business, Marketing or Economics
• 2-4 years of experience in a Marketing Related Positions, preferably in FMCG company
• Excellent level of English language, both spoken and written
• Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of Nielsen database will be a plus
