What you’ll do:

  • Build a 24-months horizon Demand plan in our forecasting tool Blue Yonder, using all the data available (sales history, promotion plan, sell-out data)
  • Be a business partner to Sales and Marketing teams providing strong analysis on trends and challenge assumptions when relevant 
  • Prepare and lead the monthly local Demand Review to get Top Management sign off on the Demand plan
  • Support the roll-out and use of the Promotions
  • Analyze the forecast accuracy and bias results at country/category level and propose actions to achieve and improve those KPI’s
  • Collaborate with Supply teams to secure product availability, with a strong focus on TOP SKUs, key promotions, and new listings
  • Collaborate with Finance Department during quarterly updates of the Financial Rolling forecasts and close the gaps vs operational forecasts
  • Coordinate the slow mover depletion with the local team

 

Projects you’ll work on:

  • Support the transformation to IBP (Integrated Business Planning Process), improving local demand reviews, collaborating closely with IBP Category leaders
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the processes and tools
  • Be a process owner and/or Key user for the European team: transversal communication, challenge of the team, improvements, project management.

 

What we are looking for:

  • You have 1-3 years’ experience within a similar position (cross-functional experiences are a plus)
  • You have analytical skills with ability to analyze figures, challenge, draw conclusions and provide recommendations with strong business orientation
  • You describe yourself as structured, flexible and a team player
  • Bi-lingual in English. Any other language is a plus
  • Experience working with Blue Yonder and Anaplan is a plus
