Overview:
As a Senior Brand Manager / Product Manager Human Expression, you will be part of the Marketing team of BIC Türkiye, reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will be contributing to the growth of the BIC stationery business unit in Türkiye, while also assisting with the Exports operations.

Main responsabilities
- Contribute to local marketing strategy development and the marketing operational plan in the stationery category
- Manage product portfolio based on market and sales analysis in collaboration with the sales team
- Leading communication projects (ATL & BTL) across all consumer touchpoints with a strong focus on key opinion leaders’ communication
- Coordinate creative, media planning, social media and packaging agencies
- Lead digital marketing projects: online advertising (Meta & YouTube ads), social media communication like Instagram account management (bicrenklerindunyasi) and influencer projects
- Organize workshops and conferences for key opinion leaders (teachers) and trade shows for the retail channel
- Development of the marketing communication materials (price lists, product brochures, catalogues, promotional materials) in line with global guidelines
- Manage in-store activation projects: In-store branding, consumer activities, POP materials
- Product training for the staff (internal staff and merchandising teams) where required
- Update the brand website (bickids.com/tr) in collaboration with the global marketing and also the microsite on project basis temporarily
- Support the e-commerce team for a better online visibility and content
- Manage and follow-up the marketing budget

Qualifications
- University degree
- Extensive work experience in the field of marketing
- Marketing experience in FMCG / a sector targeting children and parents is a plus
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Project management experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Hands on approach and flexible mindset
