JOB DESCRIPTION

The Quality Lab & Methods Manager, based in Marne La Vallée (France), manages the QA Lab composed of 10 people and the Methods team composed of 2 people. She/He works closely with IT manager and Data management team based in Bizerte.

The main activities are :

• Qualification/validation of Stationery BIC products. She/He is responsible for the validation reports according to the specification. She/He is one of the main stakeholders in product project
• Creation of new tests/equipment or the improvement of current tests/equipment for all QA Labs (MLV/SAMER/BIZERTE/ATHENS). She/He Manages the test / equipment / tooling development projects (in-home solutions, with BIC TECH or with external suppliers) –
• Manage the Qualification/validation activity
• Team Management
• Capacity to deliver qualification reports
  • Engagement in projects & supply conclusion
  • Define & Follow KPIs

• Manage the Method projects to support all QA Labs to perform as expected by BIC
• Reduce time to market
• Improve the performance / accuracy
• Improve the ergonomics
• Avoid over-quality (thanks data analysis)

• Manage the Documentary systems for all QA Lasb:
• Align test with standards
• Implement new documentation and follow updates
• Record procedures

• Current support for all QA Labs (BIC LIMS data Base + procedures)
