Job Description

 

As the Accounting Analyst, you'll be responsible for the monthly accounting reconciliations for P&L and Balance accounts (prepare and analyze variances), create the reports of financial statements to the Group, Contribute to simplify process to decrease manual work and minimize mistakes.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

 

  • Understand and support accounting activities for both structures: 80% Manufacturing and 20% Consumer. 

  • Prepare monthly analysis/reconciliation for balance sheet accounts for two reporting structures: Manufacturing (80%) and Consumer (20%) 

  • Report at monthly basis of “Actuals” financial statements (PL) in accordance with corporate rules for the 11 entities reported  

  • Give support to guarantee minimum internal controls and compliance with IFRS 

  • Support internal and external audit processes (monthly, quarterly and FY analysis depends on the controls) 

 

 

Projects You’ll Work On: 

 

  • Accurate and timely reconciliation of +600 accounts for 3 legal entities 
  • Respect group deadlines to prepare out of 3 legal local entities, the reporting of 11 PL entities with the minimum amount of manual work 
  • Look for easier/better ways to perform activities 
  • Strong teambuilding, influence, share knowledge within accounting team and within finance community 
  • Support internal control in every accounting transaction 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Accounting degree and expertise, manufacturing knowhow is a plus. 
  • Solid accounting knowledge (1-2 years’ experience in similar position) 
  • Audit support 
  • English (Intermediate/advanced) 
  • JD Edwards 
  • Excel, Office, ERP or HCM 
  • Tax Law 
  • IFRS Certification desirable
