Job Description
The Jr.Pricing Manager develops and executes pricing actions & also strategies in alignment with the Category & RGM guidelines, Market and Business Unit plans to maximize Gross profit, Net Sales & portfolio efficiency. Develop pricing analytics to measure effectiveness of pricing strategies considering macroeconomic impacts, cost changes on the profitability of product lines & competitive landscape. Coordinates contract development, drafting and compliance programs around pricing and other commercial offering elements. Monitors customer buying patterns (MIX & VOL), competitive behaviors, market dynamics and recommends adjusting offers, as necessary.
What You’ll Do:
- Plays as key agent on generating & developing pricing strategies per Category that enhance profitability and brand positioning during the price increase process.
- Provides valuable input for the annual - quarterly sales plan processes & Integrated Business Planning on ASP per Customer including Regular Portfolios + Special in & out projects.
- Works coordinately with other teams to track movements in costs & retail prices across categories.
- Take care of analyzing price requests from the sales, trade & marketing teams by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, interchannel strategy, price pack architecture and competitor index levels to transfer them to the pricing model and subsequently to the internal information systems
- Assists in creating promotional plans through price elasticity models & ROI with Trade marketing & Sales
- Develops analytical projection models to identify potential changes towards assumptions made on Market trend tracking and keeps up to date on prices set by competitors.

- Full owner of Price Increase process across Categories (End to End) Including price match in systems maintenance, validation & updates accordingly.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- In a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating a pricing process documentation, from Words to action.
- Owns a strong understanding of pricing strategies and market concepts.
- Finance acumen.
- Utilizes syndicated data & Sell Out information to develop selling stories.
- English Advanced. Writing and speaking.
- Good negotiation & Communication skills

- Self-driven
- Comfortable dealing with numerical data and have strong attention to detail.
