Job Description
As a Key Account Manager for the Traditional Channel, you'll be responsible to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. The Key Account Manager plays a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Budget management to meet or exceed sales target, optimizing return on investment, while staying within BIC policy.
- Develop a full understanding of the following: our customers' business environments and needs, our category and market, competitive strategy and BIC's internal operating policy and procedures.
- Develop business plans for customers based on short and long term objectives, strategies and expected results.
- Ensure full execution of agreed plans.
- Maintain a healthy client portfolio.
- Profitability of the customer's catalog.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Develop conceptual presentations and lead, organize and facilitate internal and external teams to meet client needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with accounts and peers.
Projects You’ll Work On:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at Traditional customers to achieve objectives.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales budget and achieve distribution, pricing strategy, promotion and visibility objectives to increase market share within key product segments.
- Design strategic plans aligned to the organization and the customer to sustainably increase our net sales indicators, as well as customer sell out.
- Forecast accuracy.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management, communications, international business or related field.

At least, 2-3 years of experiencia as a KAE or KAM of a CPG (not specialized).

Experience in sales and multi-category retail - Tradicional Channel.

Intermediate Level of English
