Job Description

 

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including programs, processes, and solutions, aimed at identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent aligned with the organization’s goals and culture. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts high-quality candidates through data-driven recruitment strategies, strong employer branding, and a seamless candidate experience.

 

 

 

What You’ll Do: 

 

  • Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple locations (Mexico, USA…); 
  • Brings new and innovating sourcing pipelines; 
  • Partners with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow; 
  • Uses social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates; 
  • Manages the overall candidate experience, coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvement; 
  • Executes candidate workflow within Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter; 
  • Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process. 

 

 

 

Projects You’ll Work On: 

 

  • Full-cycle recruitment across Mexico, Ecuador, and Guatemala, tailored to each market.
  • Talent pipeline building for key roles to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Collaboration with North America on regional hiring needs and projects.
  • Localized employer branding aligned with global EVP.
  • Use of recruitment data to improve processes and candidate experience.

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For In You: 

 

  • 5+ years' recruiting experience including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role; 
  • Fluency in Spanish & English 
  • Experience with tools and technology such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is required; 
  • International recruitment experience, 
  • Past experience in the FMCG sector is a plus; 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills;
