Talent Acquisition Experience Specialist
BIC’s talent acquisition team is expanding and as part of our growth strategy, we’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Experience Specialist to support the talent acquisition and coordination process in the Americas! Reporting into Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, your work will directly support TA on their mission of bringing top talent to BIC.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with TA leads/recruiters in identifying top talent for BIC via several sources such as LinkedIn, headhunting, database searches, X-ray searches, referrals, job boards, etc.
- Responsible for identifying profiles for senior level & executive searches (Senior Managers, Directors, VP’s, etc.) and managing candidate communication.
- Supporting the TA team with interview scheduling and other coordination activities for recruitment process in Americas (North America and Latin America).
- Fostering a state-of-the-art candidate experience for candidates by maintaining constant communication, information across all stakeholders and timely delivery of coordination services.
- Responsible for all required TA-reporting metrics, including NPS data, New Hire Reports, TA Performance Metrics/Leaderboard, other ad hoc reporting as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business/Commerce/Human Resources, Masters Degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience into talent sourcing/recruiting/researching or in a similar headhunting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (time management, prioritization and project management).
- Confidence to connect with senior-level stakeholders, ability to manage conflicting schedules when necessary and answer questions/deliver results in a timely manner.
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Fluent in English and Spanish
