As a Product Manager, Blade Excellence you will be part of the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing annual marketing plans for the Shaver category, incorporating all aspects of marketing mix, while securing a profitable growth for BIC and increasing consumer preference for our brand.

In this role your main missions will be following:

 

  • Define yearly marketing plans in the framework of EU strategy and local long-term vision
  • Define marketing communication objectives for the category in order to develop and implement marketing and promotional plans covering ATL & BTL actions
  • Responsible for product portfolio management, defining the appropriate product mix and price positioning per channel based on customer and consumer needs
  • Champion market data and insight across the business, evaluate trends, opportunities or threats and turning those numbers into actions and strategic decisions
  • Proactively explore and unlock new opportunities to maximize growth
  • Responsible for brand support budget setting, control and reporting
  • Manage the business securing profitability and increasing ROI
  • Contributing to sales forecasting in co-operation with planning and sales teams being liable for accuracy
  • Manage cross-department communication and coordination in order to ensure smooth implementation of plans
  • Collaborate with HQ marketing team in order to secure validation of the plans and alignment with EU strategy
  • Working closely with Sales & Category teams to deliver incremental growth opportunities


What You'll bring to BIC:

 

  • University Degree in Economics, preferably with a post-graduate Degree in marketing
  • 3+ of experience in marketing related positions, preferably in FMCG companies
  • Excellent level of English language both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Inclination towards innovation, challenge the status quo and think out of the box
  • Strong analytical agility - ability to extract, distill and understand market trends from multiple data sources and identify opportunities for growth
  • Hands-on approach, high motivation, curiosity, enthusiasm and "going the extra mile" mindset
  • Promotes teamwork and inclusion
