Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager Human Expression you will be responsible for developing and implementing the long term strategy and annual marketing plans at Italian level for both Stationery and Shaver categories, incorporating all aspects of marketing mix, while securing a profitable growth for BIC and increasing consumer preference for our brand.
Main responsibilities:

Define Long term strategy and yearly marketing plans in the framework of EU strategy and local long-term vision

Define categories marketing communication objectives in order to develop and implement marketing and promotional plans covering ATL & BTL actions

Responsible for product portfolio management, defining the appropriate product mix and price positioning per channel based on customer and consumer needs

Proactively explore and unlock new opportunities to maximize growth

Use market data available to evaluate trends, opportunities or threats and turning those numbers into actions and strategic decisions while setting the longer-term directions

Acquire and in depth understanding of the route to market, to establish proper channel strategies.

Responsible for brand support budget setting, control and reporting

Manage the business securing profitability and increasing ROI

Key contributor in sales forecasting in co-operation with planning and sales teams being liable for accuracy

Cross-departmental clear and constant communication along with the proper coordination in order to ensure smooth implementation of plans

Collaboration and alignment with HQ marketing team in order to secure validation of the plans and alignment with EU strategy

Assess product market data, evaluating information coming from field, store visits, meetings with customers, aiming in developing the categories

Manage directly 2 Product Managers
Qualifications:

University degree on Economics with a post-graduate degree in marketing

Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing related positions, preferably in FMCG company

Excellent level of English language both spoken and written

Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Inclination towards innovation, challenge the status quo and think out of the box

Strong strategic and analytical skills

Exposure to sales, trade marketing and category management is a plus
