The Role:

It is a newly created role as part of our growth strategy. The Assistant Manager, Human Resources supports full cycle talent operations for the commercial business and will be based out of the headoffice in Mumbai. The position reports into the Head of HR - Commercial business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing HR strategies and initiatives as directed by the Head HR
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to address any issues and ensure HR support
  • Supporting talent management activities such as OD, HiPO program, manpower optimization/restructuring projects, etc.
  • Managing the new employee onboarding process
  • Supporting learning & development initiatives
  • Updating HRIS systems as required
  • Supporting in overall Generalist HR activities as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred
  • Relevant HR experience from a reputed organization
  • Knowledge of HRIS system
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • High on integrity and ability to work autonomously
