The Senior Key Account Manager, H-E-B contributes to our Values and Vision by maximizing long-term BIC brand volume while delivering short-term volume and profit goals. Come live BIC's values while growing your career. You'll be responsible for selling new innovation, improving profit, and increasing share at key retailers.
Location: This role is 100% remote. Candidate must live in Texas (or be willing to relocate to this area upon hire) OR, if you don't live in TX - must have experience calling on H-E-B from your current location.
What You'll Do:

Meets or Exceeds assigned sales forecast, gross profit, market share, budget and long-term business objectives

Develops long-term relationships with customers

Prepares, conducts, and negotiates customer business planning sessions to achieve short and long-term objectives

Consistently drives to win in all key merchandising areas: Distribution, Placement, Price and Promotion (while leveraging TPM tool)

Develop and present Category Line Reviews and promotional plans

Collaborate with internal (BIC) and external individuals (key customers & Broker) to grow share, improve sales and profit

Work with internal and external individuals to develop new promotional strategies and concepts
What We're Looking For In You:

You have a Bachelor's Degree
-
You have 7-10 years of Sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry

You live in Texas (or you are willing to relocate to this area upon hire) OR, if you don't live in TX - you must have experience calling on H-E-B from your current location

You have the ability to travel roughly 25% of your work schedule

You have experience calling on large/key retailers and making the HQ call yourself

You preferably have experience calling on H-E-B

You have strong syndicated data experience (pulling reports from IRI/Nielsen and analyzing them)

You possess skills in P&L management, sales forecasting, budgeting, and driving sales growth
