Job Description
As Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible of create the strategy and manage the resources for the maintenance molding area. Lead the maintenance molding area organization covering all types of maintenance for molding equipment (mold machines, molds and auxiliary equipment) and molding process. Supports the projects to develop material, saving projects management related to the molding area. Implement the best practice coming from the market to achieve the customer satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Create through the maintenance key strategies to which contribute to maintain production volume, excellent asset condition and reliability focused on molding are of the site.
- Manage and develop financial key strategies which are focused on optimize the financial resources to assure the correct operations of molding area.
- Contribute to all the key strategies which are focused on grow, sustainability and cost reduction which are related with molding area.
- Develop local contractors and specialist machine shops to repair, fixed and manufacturing tooling and mechanical parts in order to get flexibility and quick respond when the operations needed.
- Implement, communicate the necessary strategies and indicators to accomplish the business goals and the customer satisfaction of the molding area.
- Develop necessary procedures to guarantee the requirements to Management Quality systems, environmental, safety and health.
- Implement systems that promote the continues improvement and boost good culture to the quality, environmental care, safety and health.
- To Maintain & Control in good levels (Max & Min) stock of spare parts needed for the factory operation.
Projects You’ll Work On:
- To maintain in good operation conditions all the machinery, equipment, for molding area by accurate monitoring and problem-solving of the main downtime causes (the most repetitive).
- To develop constantly the competences of the technical team to assure the grow and to be prepare for the future and complex processes.
- To maintain sufficient stock on critical spare parts through the closely tracking and planning the maximum & minimum stock.
- Action plans to fix or to solve specific technical and management issues that may put in risk the power supply and service plant.
- Handling by himself difficult decisions on specific topics related to the plastic molding and process related to teh manufacture and plastic transformation.
- Manage and planning the best way to execute high risk projects mainly when the business strategy requires.
What We’re Looking For In You:
- Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, electrical or equivalent).
- Fluent English. - MANDATORY
- From 5 to10 years job experience on management on maintenance techniques for plastic molding area.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to plastic process industry, electrical systems for molding machines, mold hot runner and cold runner knowledge, plastic molding process knowledge.
- Good abilities to communicate, to planning & to follow tasks, and prove to solve complex technical issues.
- Leadership experience.
