Minimum qualification required:

Maintenance Technician

Knowledge / experience required beyond minimum qualification:

Solido conocimiento en sistemas hidráulicos, mecánicos, eléctricos, electrónicos y neumáticos.

Solid knowledge on hydraulic, mechanic, electrical, electronical and pneumatic systems.

Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo

Knowledge in preventive maintenance

Conocimiento en operaciones de moldeo de plástico.

Knowledge in plastic molding operation.

Responsabilidades:

Brinda soporte técnico correctivo de mantenimiento en las líneas de moldeo en producción.

Supply maintenance corrective technical support to the molding production lines.

Ejecuta mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos a equipos de moldeo producción.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to molding production equipment.

Realiza instalaciones de equipo nuevo en las líneas de moldeo de producción.

Perform new equipment installations on the molding production lines.

Ejecuta proyectos y modificaciones en las líneas de moldeo de producción.

Execute projects and modifications on molding production lines.

Analiza fallas más recurrentes encontrando la causa raíz y ejecuta la solución determinada.

Analyze recurring failures finding the root cause and execute the determined solution.

Conocer, ejecutar los controles y actividades relacionadas a sus funciones para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización que logren la satisfacción del cliente y los requerimientos de los sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud.

Know, execute the controls and activities related to their functions to the accomplish of the organization goals that get the customer satisfaction and the requirement of the systems of management quality, environmental, safety and health.
