BIC is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to play a critical role in supporting our overall marketing team. In this position, which sits within the creative team in the marketing department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the Skin Creative internal team, cross-functional teams, and external resources.
In this role you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand assets by maintaining creative workflows, implementing production process efficiencies, and managing project timelines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments are essential, as this role will drive accountability and oversee key projects from inception to completion. Additionally, you will manage various marketing platforms and tools, ensuring that all assets are delivered accurately and on time.
Your main missions will be following:

Co-own and maintain the Marketing Calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.

Manage the creative briefing process by partnering with cross-functional teams to clarify asset direction and drive timely, accurate delivery of requirements, specifications, and formats across channels, including websites, paid and organic media, packaging, retail, email, copy, merchandising, and more.

Support the sales team by capturing collateral and asset needs within the calendar and during creative production activities, including photoshoots.

Coordinate communications and requests with outside agencies and freelancers.

Assist with production on photoshoots.

Identify and implement solutions to automate, standardize, and drive efficiencies across Marketing Operations.

Manage the creative team’s project management tool (ClickUp) to seamlessly track creative workflows and project progress.

Oversee the BIC digital asset library (DAL) to ensure team members have easy access to compliant, on-brand, and up-to-date brand assets.

Foster collaboration and communication between departments by participating in content strategy discussions to align creative outputs with overall marketing goals.

Conduct quality assurance checks on creative assets before final delivery.

Stay current with industry trends to ensure the team remains innovative and competitive.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
What you'll bring to BIC:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a creative role within an agency, or in the CPG, fashion, or beauty industry.

Experience or interest in working within a creative team or creative industries.

Proven track record of managing complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders and output requirements.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of how to translate brand strategy, consumer insights, and market trends into high-impact creative brand assets.

Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ClickUp).

Capable of operating within creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.

Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
