Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management
Job Description
The purpose of this position is to perform overall RGM analytics to drive growth, to support RGM strategy, and to provide relevant recommendations across key regions of BIC’s business for development and implementation:

via guidelines on pricing strategy, product assortment & mix, promotional effectiveness, and trade terms.

via data, tools and processes for in-market optimization (NAM, LAM, and APAC).
Proactively and collaboratively work across the Company to determine strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profit for the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

Build and update framework and guidelines across RGM pillars: pricing strategy, product assortment & mix, promotional effectiveness, and trade terms.

Set up tools and processes for in-market optimization, including cascading of KPIs and upskilling of local teams via dedicated training.

Leverages analytical inputs to assess opportunities and impacts on category and regional performance.

Align between functions involved in RGM (especially Marketing, Sales, Advanced Analytics, Finance) and coordinates programs and actions needed to implement recommendations (e.g., consumer research, customer sell-in stories).

Provide ad hoc support for local teams to help them meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets and continually improve profitability margins.

Serve as an RGM strategy expert with cross-functional business partners.

Share RGM best practices.
Qualifications

Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics).

7+ years of business experience in analytical role within FMCG industry.

Requires 3-5 years of Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, or Sales Analytics.

Ability to work collaboratively within a large multi-site operations organization.

Passionate about delivering insights, has strong storytelling skills with data acumen, solid financial and analytical skills, and understanding of CPG business drivers.

Results-oriented and can execute and support long-term strategies while simultaneously supporting ad-hoc requests.

Communication skills – Advanced writing and communication skills, able to interact with, influence, and collaborate with cross-function and senior team leaders.

Language skills – Proficient in both English and Spanish.

Analytical skills – Ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support fact-based decision making.

Computer skills – Highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, JDEdwards, PowerBI, etc…Syndicated data experience a plus.

Ability to travel – 30%.
