Come join our dynamic and influential RGM team! Proactively and collaboratively work across the Company to determine strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profit for the Company. You will perform overall RGM analytics with a specific focus on Trade Terms and drive insights to support RGM strategy.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Build and update omni-channel framework and guidelines for trade terms
  • Establish high-level trade architecture and terms guidance for global organization
  • Lead core trade terms analytics effort (e.g., terms depth impact on sales, impact of pay per performance architecture)
  • Set up tools and processes for in-market optimization, including cascading of KPIs (for RGM vs. local teams) and upskilling of local teams via dedicated training
  • Align between functions involved in RGM (especially Marketing, Sales, Advanced Analytics, Finance) and coordinates programs and actions needed to implement recommendations

 

Projects You'll Work On:

  • Advancing our TPM system (Trade Compass)
  • Build framework, guidelines, and playbook for trade terms and customer partnerships
  • Serve as point of contact for three major markets, identify revenue growth opportunities, and build the roadmap to deliver value

 

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree

  • You have 10 + years of business experience in analytical roles within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry

  • You have 3 years of prior revenue management experience required

  • You have the required experience working with a Trade Promotions Management System

  • You have previous roles in sales / commercial finance (highly preferred)

  • You have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to influence

  • You have strong analytical skills (ability to perform complex financial analyses and determine basic analyses required to support pricing decisions)

  • You are highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, JD Edwards, BI, etc...and knowledge of IRI/Nielsen systems is a plus

  • You have the ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in the Shelton, CT
