Overview:

As a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) you will build and lead capabilities globally to safeguard BIC from cyber threats. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust IAM framework for managing access to BIC’s critical resources and driving continuous improvement in our cybersecurity posture.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with industry best practices

  • Design and implement identity governance processes, including user provisioning, access request workflows, and lifecycle management

• Tactical

  • Manage the IAM technology stack, including identity providers, access management solutions, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and access reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in the IAM program

• Leadership

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with other teams to ensure IAM is integrated strategically

  • Contribute to the overall cybersecurity strategy and alignment with business objectives

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration/coursework in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated work experience in IAM

• Strong understanding of identity governance principles and best practices, including user provisioning, access controls, access request workflows, and lifecycle management

• In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, such as identity providers, access management solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM)

• Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and experience integrating them with on-premises systems

• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing IAM programs in a complex organization

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CAMS, CIAM, CIGE, CIMP, CIST) highly desirable

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members

• Project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional projects
