What You'll Do:

• Processing payments: performing payment bookings in the ERP (JDE) with invoice matching, customer deductions and/or advances
• Cash collection: regular follow-ups with customers and Commercial Unit to ensure effective and on-time collection of receivables
• Accounts reconciliation
• Controlling customer exposure and overdues
• Processing and following up on customer inquiries under scope via email
• Continuous improvement: identifying, proposing and implementing development activities to improve the performance on a continuous basis

What You'll Bring to BIC:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or Business is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in a global company
• Advanced English and Polish
• Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Customer service orientation and attention to details
• Ability to work in teams
