As an Application Support Coordinator (JDE), you will be a key driver for daily operational support on JDE-related topics. You will ensure the timely and high-quality resolution of tickets, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and alignment with best practices as defined by Solution Experts.
What You'll Do:

Ensure all JDE-related tickets are managed on time and with quality, following the Service Level Agreement defined with Business and the Best Practices;

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including other IT teams and business units, to resolve issues promptly;

Help end users resolve their issues on time while following the proper IT-defined processes;

Raise alerts to the Senior Application Support Coordinator/Application Support Manager in case of system disruption and communicate action plans to users;

Improve capitalization & documentation (quickcards, solution files for frequent tickets);

Contribute to the development of knowledge-sharing materials to improve the team's overall efficiency and reduce recurring issues;

Identify opportunities to streamline ticket resolution processes and contribute ideas for improving team efficiency.
What You'll Bring:

Fluency in English;
-
2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Finance;

ERP experience (JDE highly appreciated);

Availability for business trips (mainly within Europe);

Comfortable working in a multicultural environment;

Service-oriented mindset;

Team player attitude;

Ability to handle scope and context changes with different scales and/or frequencies.

Time management skills;

Strong communication skills;

Reliable and responsible.
