We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Developer to join our global analytics team. As a BI Developer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions specifically focused on supply chain analytics. Your expertise in technical BI development will allow you to build business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Analytics cloud solutions, including Power BI, SSAS, SSIS, Fabric, and data lake technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows using Microsoft Analytics cloud solutions like SSIS and data lake technologies.
• Create and maintain data models, data warehouses, and multidimensional databases to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to provide insights into supply chain performance, demand forecasting, inventory management, and other key supply chain metrics.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity in supply chain analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Commercial & Finance), IT, and business analysts, to align analytics initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of business intelligence solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate on data governance practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security in supply chain analytics solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence, data engineering, and analytics storytelling.

What You'll Bring To BIC:

• Bachelor's degree is required (a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field is preferred). Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in developing business intelligence solutions utilizing Microsoft Analytics cloud solutions, such as Power BI, SSAS, SSIS, and data lake technologies.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and multidimensional databases.
• Good knowledge of SQL and the ability to manipulate datasets for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with supply chain analytics, commercial sales operations, or finance analytics
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English
