Customer To Cash Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing processes to ensure the efficient management of orders, requests, and complaints submitted by customers and any other activities related to them, cooperating directly with internal stakeholders of BIC functional units.

 

 

What You'll Do:

  • People Management: Being able to lead a team of 100 employees. Able to motivate, coach, and encourage each team member and their direct reports to develop and reveal potential. Lead and drive company goals and execution in collaboration with internal and external peers of the unit
  • Passion to drive a team that will deliver a great customer experience.
  • Participate and engage in the recruitment, management, and optimization of the Order to Cash team, ensuring that the required knowledge and resources are available to meet the needs of the business
  • Identify team training needs and respond with appropriate interventions to ensure service quality.
  • Able to clarify role accountabilities in order to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Set objectives and run periodical team performance reviews and individual evaluations.
  • Monitor performance dashboards for all in-scope services/activities to support service governance including the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Ensures effective communication with customers regarding incoming orders, product requests, and inquiries about their prices and availability, and is responsible for managing deliveries by generating export documents and tracking their status.
  • Ensure timely and effective management of orders, claims, and customer requests in line with internal procedures and with agreed service level targets.
  • Provide performance measurement and analysis insights to local / Commercial / European / BIC Management.
  • Participate in local and international meetings to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Review monthly metrics/KPIs and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the Accounts Receivable team and drive Sitetrade processes implementation and optimization to secure collection of receivables in full and on time, in collaboration with the rest of the Logistics and Customer Service team, Finance, Commercial units, and Back office teams.
  • Ensure AR accounting is timely performed in compliance with internal procedures and with customer legal requirements.
  • Manage customer exposures and overdue in order to achieve given objectives, taking appropriate actions in case of deviation.
  • Ensure month-end and year-end closure.

 

What You'll Bring To BIC:

  • Previous experience within an international company in a similar position.
