As Global Data Steward you will be integrated to the Portfolio Management Team reporting to Sr. Manager, Global Product Data. You will be responsible for performing item data administration, item setup process control and validation, Master Data Management (MDM) system level 1 support and administration.

What You'll Do:

• Validate item creation in the MDM system
• Maintain tickets logged through the ServiceNow platform related to the MDM system and process
• Maintain Sequencing (product hierarchy) references in the MDM system
• Answer Level 1 requests assigned to the Global Steward team
• Perform data administration (Supplier creation and maintenance, maintaining the list of values in the MDM system, Manage MDM access rights)​ based on Service Now requests
• Perform mass updates in the MDM system
• Escalate application issues to upper level (to the Global Process Owner and/or Application Owner)
• Perform and monitor Item Data Quality KPIs: completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity and uniqueness
• Ensure the Item validation process is compliant with business rules
• Proactively propose enhancements to item creation tools and processes
• Maintain and share documentation (coding rules, user guides) with end users
• Perform impact analysis on new requests for enhancement

What You'll Bring to BIC:

• Degree in Business Administration or in any relevant field
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus

• Understanding of supply chain and/or consumer goods is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (Macro knowledge is a plus)
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
• ERP (Oracle JDE is a plus)
• Work with large sets of data
