As JDE Application Support Coordinator, you will  is a key driver for daily operational support in Europe, MEA & APAC on JDE related topics.


What You'll Do:

  • Making sure all tickets are managed on time and with quality, following the Service Level Agreement defined with Business and the Best Practices defined by the Solution Experts. If needed, redefining priorities on tickets with users;

  • Following and monitoring out-sourced support services, such as JDE providers and possibly new out-sourced services;

  • Monthly reporting KPIs and performance of the provider to Support Manager;

  • Raising alerts to Support Manager in case of system disrupcy and communicating to users;

  • Monitoring capitalization & documentation (quickcards, solution files on frequent tickets) written by or sent to AMS providers;

  • Training external providers on new business process/entities;

  • Improving Business processes or knowledge by analyzing recurrent tickets and participating to Problem Advisory Board;

  • Liaising with Support Manager in order to validate continuous improvement process;

  • Identifying lacks or needs of training from end user tickets;

  • Updating user documentation when needed;

  • Ensuring Business Intimacy and making regular (monthly) meetings with key-users to share recurrent issues and review process.


What You'll Bring to BIC:

  • Fluency in English and French;

  • 2+ years experience in Supply Chain or Finance;

  • ERP experience (JDE highly appreciated);

  • Experience with external providers;

  • Availability for Business Trips (mainly over Europe);

  • Ability to get along with people of different cultures, origins and lifestyles;

  • Service Oriented : Able to federate and work with external providers;

  • Team player attitude;

  • Adaptability to changing context and priorities:

    • Handling easily scope and context changes with different scale and / or frequency;

    • Adapting its planning and capacity in case of new priority or emergency;

    • Dealing with stressful situations;

    • Ability to communicate and report to the right level at the right time;

    • Autonomous to organise his work even with multiple and different tasks and subjects.

  • Communication skills:

    • Ability to communicate with the right tone to the right people at the right time;

    • Raise alert and escalate when needed;

    • Knows how to say no and explain why.

  • Reliable and responsible;

  • Vendor Management capacities;

  • Autonomous (distant management).
