As a member of our highly efficient team in Sofia, you will be responsible for providing timely support to BIC's B2B customers around the world. As an Order&Claims intern, you will gain knowledge in the entire customer lifecycle - from receiving orders to payment to answering customer inquiries, you will be a part of driving our business forward.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Order Management:

  • Capturing, creating, maintaining, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders and requests received via different information channels.
  • Handle customer orders and requests to settlement within predefined timeframes according to company standards.
  • Coordinate processes flows of pricing, quantity, or product replacements, returns, and corrections.

Billing & Invoicing: 

  • Creating invoices for customers’ orders to customers and requesting them to settle the dues.
  • Ensure that invoices are generated and sent timely to customers.
  • Ensuring customers receive and accepted their bills, ready for on-time payment.

Claims Management:

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Follow-up communication with customers and local teams resolving issues.
