The Group Functions IT Procurement Senior Manager is a key driver for projects delivery, IT operating model and business partnerships with Group Functions. In his/her main activities, the IT Senior Manager will be asked the following:


As the IT Owner for Ivalua and Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic management, deployment, optimization, and governance of the Ivalua platform. This position requires not only a deep understanding of procurement processes and Ivalua functionality but also strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various IT and business teams. The IT Procurement Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the Group Procurement platform's alignment with business objectives, facilitating its effective use across departments (mainly Procurement, Legal and AP accounting), managing projects related to the solution and monitoring third parties with Procurement tool environment.


What You'll Do:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop, with business stakeholders, and execute a strategic roadmap for Ivalua, aligning the platform's capabilities with the organization's procurement and supply chain goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and Ivalua updates to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Act as the main liaison between the organization, Ivalua and third parties involved, fostering a strong partnership and monitoring of those stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Ivalua representatives to address technical issues, plan upgrades, and optimize the use of the platform.

Platform Management:

  • Oversee the administration, support and maintenance of the Ivalua platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Ivalua and other systems within the organization's technology ecosystem.
  • Manage technical flows and interoperability to support end-to-end procurement and AP processes.
  • Define and monitor a resilient and optimized end to end IT support model.

Customization and Enhancement:

  • Lead customization efforts to tailor Ivalua to specific business needs, working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new features and functionalities to enhance the platform's capabilities, and manage release delivery, in accordance with the governance model put in place

Project Management:

  • Manage projects related to Ivalua, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with various IT teams involved in Ivalua-related projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration with other IT systems.


What You will bring to BIC:

  • Be autonomous: know how to organize the work to reach the objectives defined by the CoE.
  • Be a team player: know how to organize a project and ensure good relationships with different stakeholders (internal, IT, external)
  • Adopt a service-oriented behavior: know how to interact with sponsors and report/follow activities (project, budget, risk, service continuity)
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, on global delivery
  •  Knowledge of Ivalua will be a plus
  • Strong project management skills, as well as risk management skills
  • Project management experience
  • Procurement and Finance processes knowledge is a must
  • Fluent English, French language is a plus
