As a Sr Manager Operational Procurement you will be responsible for the operational procurement processes, aiming standardization, automation and processes efficiencies ensuring and optimal service delivery. Responsible for sustaining the organization day-to-day business operations and accountable for the insource and outsource full end to end service delivered across all regions.

What You'll Do:

• Leading the Operational Procurement organization - PO check, Helpdesk, Vendor and Content management teams- ensuring the strategy execution and goals achievement through a solid performance and team leadership and development.
• Acting as the functional business owner of the procurement to pay technologies and platforms.
• Manage the correct flow of orders, daily follow up and contact with suppliers to guarantee the material available according to the lead time.
• Leads PO check, Helpdesk, vendor and content management processes and teams.
• Ensure service is delivered within global and local laws and regulations.
• Ensure SLA’s and KPI’s for the different services: PO check, Helpdesk, vendor and content management teams.
• SPOC for overall global service delivery centers to ensure a global performance service for all BIC entities.
• Build a centralized master data and contract management to drive consistency and  reduce administration tasks.
• Provide input to identify and develop new strategic suppliers to ensure the value chain is sustained. Evaluate suppliers data shared by Analytics team, in terms of quality, risk (with Risk Manager), capacity allocated, OTIF, and diversity of their products if and when demanded by regional manager.
• Team Management.
• Lead Continues process improvements and Innovations that add value to BIC.
• Responsible for the implementation, proper use, new releases and updates of the procure to pay technologies and platforms from a functional owner perspective.

What You'll Bring To BIC:

• University degree.
• Significant experience in Procurement area (at least 5 years in transactional/operational procurement in a Global Business Services environment), within a large multinational organization.
• Wealth of experience in leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding and experience of Procurement transformation.
• Experience in managing operational performance / objectives in Procurement area to ensure delivery of the SLAs, stakeholders' satisfaction, and metrics.
• Experience with Procurement systems and supporting technologies (experience with Ivalua would be considered a strong advantage).
• Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in process design and improvement.
• Excellent team leadership and ability to manage across borders and in a matrix organization, with ability to motivate and develop high performing teams.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with ability to build effective relationships and influence peers and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams through transformation effectively in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Ability to drive standardization and continuous improvements of processes and operations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
