- Daily follow up to the production plan (F.G. LAM and components) (PAC activities) to identify and to solve potential issues that affect the current commitments with our customers including the final shipment to the clients.
- Weekly construction of the CPP for LAM & WIP (constrained production plan) and based on the shortage report and capacity available creating Work Orders in the ERP-DRP
- Monthly forecast monitoring to track deviations along the time and cooperate to keep the components in line with the updated customer demand.
- Weekly MRP process to release messages to the Purchasing Department or Subsidiaries.
- Assembly Plan file construction and weekly follow up based on current commitments in the CPP file.
- To monitor and to implement the necessary actions to meet the business goals and customer satisfaction. Follow the current requirements defined in the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management system. To supervise activities performed by his/her team, related with his job in order to meet the business goals and to keep functioning the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management system.
- To Develop in the Supply Chain body of knowledge.
- Meet deadlines committed in the weekly production plan.
- Solve potential issues to avoid disruptions in the daily, weekly, monthly production plan.
- Analyze information to convert it in useful data to solve today potential issues identified in the future.
- Degree as Industrial Engineer or Chemical Engineer or another related with Supply Chain field.
- At least 2 years of experience in related positions
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems - Oracle E1 desired
- Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) & MPS (Master Production Scheduling)
- Desirable experience with DRP (JDA / BlueYonder)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language
- Problem solving, courage, demonstrated ability to utilize data to identify issues and advantages.
