Job Description

 

CPFR is a business model used for Supply Chain management. It combines planning and customer demand by using common indicators, language and agreements to improve efficiency for all participants.

This process allows you to improve the synchronization of actions related to sales forecasts and supply planning. Allowing to reduce the stock level and improve the service rate for the end customer.

 

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Lead Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Transportation, and the customer to develop and improve POS forecasts to ensure excellent Supplier Performance Scorecard metrics (case fill rate, ontime delivery, etc.)
  • Interpret high volumes of complex data and make buying recommendations to the team.
  • Review Key Performance Indicator trends & develop plans for improvement.
  • Expert in supply chain, Replanishment Sistems to support the BIC business within client CPFR program.
  • Act as the onsite expert in the BIC and clients and share that expertise to develop innovative solutions to causal drivers that impact forecast accuracy and retail instock.
  • Create the Sales Forecast and Identify Exceptions opportunely
  • Ensure uniformization of KPI’s between parties (invoice sales, fill rate, forecast accuracy and MAPE, in stock, DOH, dispersion between others) and results are clearly understood and aligned.

 

 

Projects You’ll Work On:

 

  • Back to School Planning
  • Monitoring of Forecast Accuracy, Sell In, Forecast Accuracy and Fill Rate
  • Updating with Merchandising of Team Core Base
  • Monitoring of launches and iniciatives

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Experience across different aspects of the supply chain with previous roles in CPFR, Replenishment or supply planning with experience in the consumer goods sector.
    • Proficiency with Excel
    • Knowledge Replenishment Sistems
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience across different aspects of the supply chain with previous roles in Demand Planning/forecasting or Sales
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as CPFR in FMCG
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, et.
