Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to oversee and develop relationships with our most strategic clients. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term relationships with customers
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned customers
- Negotiate agreements, pricing, promotional activities within key accounts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company’s objectives
- Analyze account performance and deliver detailed information to Sales Manager
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, RGM, Customer Service and Finance to ensure seamless collaboration
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Strong understanding of modern trade and key account management
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills to assess data and develop actionable strategies
- Ability to travel as needed
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) knowledge is a plus
